Duke Medical – Changing the way they do business
Duke Medical reached out to me regarding a series of critical issues adversely affecting their operations. Their email system was frequently losing messages and experiencing crashes. Additionally, they were dealing with the proliferation of multiple file versions among staff, leading to a lack of control over their IT infrastructure. These problems were significantly harming their business, as important communications with customers and suppliers were occasionally lost.
I designed and implemented an Office 365 cloud system for Duke Medical, fundamentally transforming their business operations. The new system ensures that correspondence emails between clients and suppliers are never lost and enables real-time collaboration on documents among staff. This solution has resolved issues with multiple file versions and has significantly enhanced the ease of working both from home and in the office. Collaborating with Duke Medical has been a pleasure, and witnessing the enthusiasm their new IT system generates is immensely gratifying.

Alkira Centre – Transforming their IT systems securely
For over five years, I have collaborated with Alkira in designing and managing their IT projects. As part of a team, I have deployed new servers and Office 365 systems, facilitating the adoption of a hybrid work-from-home model for over 250 staff and volunteers.
As an NDIS not-for-profit organisation, Alkira requires robust cybersecurity measures to protect confidential data. I continue to collaborate with Alkira in adapting and developing their cybersecurity strategy, ensuring their data remains secure and accessible, and protected against the latest cyber threats. Our partnership endures, and we navigate each step of this journey as a cohesive team.

Cire Services - Maturing their cyber security strategy together
Cire Services engaged my expertise to address a critical need. Their newly appointed Senior IT Manager sought to enhance the organisation’s cybersecurity strategy. While he possessed a solid understanding of their existing IT systems, he desired a comprehensive audit to ensure thoroughness.
Collaborating closely with my client and his IT team, we conducted a detailed review and audit of their IT infrastructure using the Essential Eight maturity model. Following the audit, I provided a prioritised list of recommendations along with additional strategies to strengthen their cybersecurity framework. This solution has equipped Cire Services with a clear roadmap for advancing both their cybersecurity and overall IT strategies. The implementation is progressing smoothly, and the future for my client and their organisation looks promising.
